Blyth, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Youth Development and Director
of the Center for 4-H Youth Development, will serve as chief of staff
and act as the liaison between the Commission and the President's Initiative.

Walker, Ph.D., Professor and Youth Development Educator, coordinates
the Youth Development Leadership master's program and created the MN Youth
Work Institute. She will assure a research-based link to Commission work
and an active connection with agency and community partners.

Lochner, Commission Coordinator, brings her extensive experience
with children, youth, and family policy to the Commission. She will work
closely with the commissioners to facilitate their discussions, goals,
and recommendations.
